A chain specializing in Gamjatang (pork bone stew). Located on the 1st floor of Ace K1 Tower, an 8-minute walk from Exit 8 of Gasan Digital Complex Station. The price of the bone hangover soup is 10,000 won. Between bone and boneless~ They also sell boneless hangover soup, which is a popular choice these days. I hesitated for a moment between the boneless and boneless options, but the true delicacy of Gamjatang is the taste of picking the meat off the bones! The bone hangover soup contained 2 to 3 bones, and there wasn't as much meat as I expected. Did all that meat go to the boneless hangover soup...? T_T It had less meat than the bone hangover soups I've had recently. There was a generous amount of dried radish greens, and unlike other Gamjatang restaurants, they also sell hangover soup with aged kimchi, but it lacked the mushy texture of aged kimchi I expected. Was the cooking time too short? The broth was slightly spicy, with a decent flavor. Personally, for groups of two or more, Gamjatang seemed like a better choice than Bone Haejangguk, even if it cost a little more. The fried rice looked very appetizing. Kimchi and kkakdugi are provided as basic side dishes, and the rest are available at the self-service bar. The self-service bar also has chili peppers and onions, so if you like onions, be sure to stop by! The kimchi has a slightly fresh, light kimchi feel, and the kkakdugi is decent. It is a bit disappointing if you expect a truly impressive experience from the kimchi. Store & Tips & Overall Review The store isn't particularly large, but there are plenty of tables. As a result, the tables are spaced quite close together. There are also tables for two, so dining alone is possible. You write your name and menu items on the waiting board at the entrance. There are kiosks on the tables, but since the menu items are prepared in advance, payment is made at the counter. It seems they utilize the kiosks when it is quiet. Since the store opened around April 2025, the interior is generally clean. A decent chain restaurant, except for the amount of meat! As expected, ‘Ilmijip’ is still a good gamjatang chain.
