The thick slices of pork belly were made with fresh ingredients, grilled to a crispy golden brown on both sides, with the fat in the middle not greasy at all, a perfect balance of lean and fat. Served with pickled onions, it was incredibly delicious! The steamed egg custard was creamy and creamy, with a rich texture—not the kind of egg that's been diluted with too much water.
