With the traditional flavors and the principle of the cold noodle technicians, the restaurant has completed the art of making authentic Pyeongyang naengmyeon, consisting of beef broth, salt, and 80% buckwheat noodles. The menu also includes homemade North Korean manduguk (dumpling soup) and Hanwoo bulgogi.
