Nampoong Chinese Restaurant has been a wellknown high-end Chinese restaurant in Busan for many years. It reinterprets traditional Cantonese Chinese cuisine in a Korean style. Their signature dishes include fried Korean sea cucumber, Cantonese veal ribs, and buldojang ('BuddhaJumps-Over-the-Wall' soup), all made with their own recipes. The restaurant is located on the third floor of the new building of Paradise Hotel, and offers stunning views of the ocean.
