This restaurant specializes in Pyongyang-style naengmyeon, which are noodles served in a chilled, clean-tasting broth. They normally offer only two dishes: Pyongyang naengmyeon and suyuk (steamed pork), but in winter, they also serve gomtang (ox bone soup) and yukgaejang (spicy beef stew).
