A solid small family-run bakery in a residential neighborhood. Dropped by after lunch to grab a few pastries. They didn’t have a massive, sprawling selection, but they seemed to do the essentials well. Their basic milk bread loaves looked great, and unsurprisingly, they were almost completely sold out around noon. I was specifically curious about their salt breads. They offered two distinct variations. One baked with regular flour and another with rice flour. The textures weren't drastically different, but I definitely preferred the regular flour version. Because we arrived post-lunch, the plain salt breads had been sitting out since the morning bake, so they were a bit cold and dense. However, the ones loaded with toppings were better. The red bean paste and butter combo was especially satisfying. It’s probably not a bakery you need to travel out of your way for, but if you live in the area, it’s a great option to have right down the street.

This bakery is organic, healthy, and delicious. It's a small space, but the bread here is fantastic. The warm coffee and fig baguette were delicious. Whenever I visit a bakery, the first thing I buy and taste is the red bean bun. If kimchi is the foundation of a restaurant's taste, then I think red bean buns are a bakery's. Sorry for the long introduction. The red bean buns are absolutely delicious! The flavor is even richer when paired with drinks like coffee or milk. This was my first visit, but I want to come back often and try their other breads. Oh, and the music playing in the store while I was choosing my bread was so captivating. It was a feast for the eyes and ears. I envy the people in this neighborhood, they seem so blessed. I wish we had a bakery like this in our neighborhood. Dam Bakery, where you can enjoy both delicious and healthy bread! I highly recommend it! Unfortunately, there's no seating in the store.

26/02 A whole rice roll cake filled with whipped cream. It's half the size of a regular roll cake. This costs a whopping 19,000 won. It's delicious, but oh my, this is so expensive. 24/02 It's delicious. It's healthy. 👍👍👍
