I didn't realize it was the place I had mentioned wanting to go; lured by the rising steam, I placed my order, only to find, fortunately, that it was the very spot I had wanted to visit. The dumplings here have a unique texture. When you chew, the crisp crunch leaves a lasting impression. The taste is clean and mild. They use a generous amount of real pickled cabbage for the filling, so the crispness increases the more you chew. It is a delicious dumpling enjoyed for its texture. I like its distinct charm, which sets it apart from any dumpling I have eaten before.
