Cracking the accompanying raw egg adds an extra savory richness. The broth is clean and refreshing, making it a flavor that everyone, regardless of age or gender, can enjoy. The atmosphere is completely comfortable for solo dining, and the fact that it is open 24 hours a day is a major advantage, allowing you to stop by anytime, whether early in the morning or late at night. If you are looking for a light yet satisfying meal near Seongnae-dong, be sure to visit! Taste: The bean sprouts retain their crispness, and the broth is clean and free of any frills. They say they usually read reviews, but their customer service is legendary.., When I first came here, I just asked if there was squid in the bean sprout soup, and they said no as if it was ridiculous. I also ordered buckwheat pancakes, but they didn't come out even after I finished eating the soup, so I asked, and only then did they whisper to the kitchen and go in. They said to wait. When cutting the pancakes, they cut them while wearing rubber gloves they used to wash dishes. I will never come back again.
The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Apple Pay is accepted, and parking is free for three hours. The parking lot is always plentiful, and the ground-level parking is a bonus. The pork cutlet was delicious, as was the noodle soup.
