This is a rare place that uses traditional hand-drip and syphon methods for brewing coffee. It takes a little longer, but the distinct flavors are worth it. The cafe has a very refined style and adheres to old ways of operation, such as taking orders after the customers are seated and receiving payment at the end of service.
