I had dinner with my family yesterday, and I was quite dissatisfied with the service provided by the table server who helped us order from the start. I knew she wasn't my server, and she had a "trainer" tag on her chest. I asked for blue cheese to go with my bread, but despite asking two servers, I ended up getting it from a third server. Since we were a four-person table, and we were sharing salads and pasta dishes, the servers didn't bring tongs or ask in advance if we needed them. So, I had to wait and ask for tongs every time a single dish was brought out. Finally, despite the restaurant not being busy, our chip order was missed, so I ended up having to speak to the manager, leaving me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction with the overall service. I gave this 5-star rating because I appreciate the manager's professionalism and sincere apology to the customer. While the service mindset of each employee was lacking, I appreciate the manager and manager's response, and I look forward to seeing better service on my next visit.

It's so delicious. It's a great value for lunch. The staff are really friendly and have a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.
