This is a charcoal-grilled chicken rib restaurant. You have to grill it yourself, but the owner is always on hand to teach you the proper techniques. Personally, I like the combination of grilled chicken neck and marinated chicken. Many families visit here. The tender chicken is easy on the palate, so even my child in orthodontic treatment enjoys it. The buckwheat noodles are mild and complement the meat perfectly. It's not worth a trip out of town, but it's a top choice for a nearby restaurant when considering dining out. The chicken is incredibly fresh, and all the chicken is labeled as domestically sourced.
First of all, the chicken and charcoal are excellent, so the ribs are guaranteed to be delicious. Also, the side dishes—such as cold buckwheat noodles, soybean paste stew, rice with roe, rice balls, and steamed egg—are all faithful to the basics and have a great taste.
