The squid ink risotto is a must!!! So much umami and i really liked the thic creamy consistency. The big pieces of squid are really well seasoned too. The lasagna is interesting but the taste grows on you. I like the thick consistency of the cheese and lasagna sheets! There’s some sour saltiness from the tortilla chips.
