Dongdong China is the second restaurant of the 'Making Delicious Jeju' project, which reopened in 2014 with the transfer of recipes and remodeling support from Hotel Shilla. Unlike typical Jajangmyeon and Jjamppong, it features a specialized broth unique to Dongdong China that offers a refreshing yet deep flavor, and also provides visual enjoyment by utilizing Jeju's specialty, the yellow crab.
