📍Overall Review It suited my taste and was delicious, but I didn't feel like I could say, "Of all the gamjatang and bone haejangguk restaurants in the neighborhood, this one is the best!" 📍Food The bone haejangguk had a relatively clean flavor and was light in weight, but I enjoyed it. The side dishes were much smaller than at other restaurants... This was a bit disappointing. The fact that they offer a relatively wide variety of bone haejangguk dishes is a positive point. 📍Service There wasn't anything special about the service. Perhaps because there weren't many customers, the food was served relatively quickly. 📍Atmosphere The interior isn't particularly spacious, but it was clean and pleasant. I drank alone, and there were no particular issues.

I had Haejangguk for breakfast on the first day of my visit to Korea. They open at 11:00, but even though I arrived at 10:50, the owner kindly let us in for a meal. The bones were tender with no gamey smell, and the dried cabbage was delicious. The broth was spicy and clean, making for a truly enjoyable meal. I ordered the "Special," and although the portion was huge, I asked to pack up the leftovers. They generously added extra broth, for which I was extremely grateful :) I highly recommend it! *I also very gratefully enjoyed the snacks and homemade Americano they gave me because my nephew has trouble eating. I just found out about this chain restaurant called Hansari Gamjatang, but I definitely recommend trying their bone stew. If you like spicy seasoning like me, you might think this is the best bone stew restaurant in your life as soon as you take a bite. First of all, I had a medium-sized regular-sized one, and I was surprised that there were about 7-8 bones and a lot of tender meat. And the best thing here is the fried dumplings, which were full of cellophane noodles and, more than anything, had a very crispy texture, so they were really delicious. Maybe because they came out and I ate them right away, the cellophane noodles weren't soggy at all. From now on, I think I'll definitely order bone stew from here. By the way, parking is difficult, but it's very close to Omokgyo Station, so keep that in mind.
