I stopped by Deulmaru Gamasot Sundaeguk for lunch while I was in the area! I ordered the beef offal soup. The basic side dishes included kimchi, radish kimchi, onions, and garlic! The broth of the beef offal soup is rich and savory. There isn't a lot of offal, but the vegetables are cooked thoroughly... The broth is exactly the style I like! I do wish there were a bit more offal, though. Takeout for two servings of sundaeguk (cash payment) is also quite affordable. I enjoyed the meal.

They have a lot of lamb and are serious about their meat! There's a reason it's a neighborhood restaurant! The atmosphere is totally local.
