Boss… I called twice during business hours around 6:30 PM to pick up, not deliver. You didn't answer until the signal cleared, so I thought you were busy. I called back 10 minutes later, and you were on hold, thinking it was another order. But I waited again and called back a little later, and you were still on hold… If I'd only heard the Pizza School announcement, I'd have thought you were closed today. I think I called about six times, but I'm just not going to order… This is my first time leaving a 1-star review. Seriously.
