Hello, where do I file a complaint about Majangjeom? The staff said they won't be meeting the owner. Could you please give me their phone number? I told them the loach soup was too sour, and they said, "This is your first time eating loach soup? What do you want me to do?" It's the worst, from the service to the taste. They said they can't give you a refund, and asked if you ordered it yourself. Is this the right way to handle things? Did you taste it? The blood haejangguk (seonji haejangguk) came out, but it was only half full, so I was disappointed with the portion. It should have been served then. Please, don't go if you see this. The bean sprout haejangguk is expensive, and the staff is beyond rude. If you have a complaint, get out. Overall, the portions of food were small, the bean sprout haejangguk was expensive, and there wasn't anything I liked. The service was also terrible. The staff said they didn't know the owner's contact information, and they were incredibly rude. It was a mess. I was going to have a delicious beef and a simple soup, but I ended up leaving feeling bad.

The Majang-dong Livestock Market is nearby, so the ingredients are fresh and the taste is good. The radish kimchi served as a side dish is delicious, so I think it doubles the taste.
