Overview
Yeonui Neighborhood Park is the only ecological environmental retention pond park in Korea, created by adopting the Ministry of Environment's new technology called the Ecological Water Purification Biotop Patent System. The park features deck paths and loess paths, various wildflowers are planted along the park slopes, and four fountains are installed, allowing residents who come out to exercise at night to enjoy the nighttime fountain. Children can learn about the park's vegetation and insects while walking along the trails, and through an ecological experience program that helps them understand the ecosystem easily and enjoyably, they offer children various opportunities for nature learning. Yeonui Neighborhood Park features Eco Space Yeonui, a space that offers everything from exhibition areas to educational and healing areas. The first floor contains exhibition spaces, and the second floor has educational spaces. Additionally, a rooftop garden has been created on the third floor, offering another attraction. At Ecospace Yeonyi, family ecology programs are held every weekend with various monthly themes.
