Overview
Opened in September 2019, the Seoul Life History Museum is a modern and contemporary museum that showcases the daily lives of Seoul citizens from liberation to the present. In 2010, the Northern Legal Complex, which housed the Seoul Northern District Court and the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office, relocated, leaving the area idle, and the courthouse and prosecutors' office buildings were transformed into cultural facilities for Seoul citizens. The Seoul Life History Museum, which embodies people's memories and emotions, aims to become the center of a cultural space in the northeast that fosters communication and interaction by offering citizens exhibitions and educational programs on various themes.
