Overview
Samcheong Park is a park located in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and was designated as the first urban planning park in March 1940. Located in the heart of Seoul, it is loved as a walking route by citizens due to its many galleries and gourmet restaurants nearby. The tranquil walking trail offers beautiful surrounding scenery. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom in full bloom, and in autumn, the foliage is beautiful, attracting many visitors steadily. There is a monument to the founding of Jeong Mong-ju, a loyal subject of Goryeo, and his mother, and if you follow the trail up the valley, you'll find a spring pond. There's also a Toddler Forest Experience Center, making it a great place to visit with kids. Inside Samcheong Park, there is a forest library and a café where visitors can leisurely read a book with a coffee. Walking along the trails, you'll find areas for exercise, such as a barefoot acupressure area, exercise equipment, badminton courts, and tennis courts, as well as a children's playground and a convenience store, providing convenience for visitors.
