Overview
The Nowon Lifelong Learning Center of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education opened as Junggye Library in 1990 and has served as a public library. On July 16, 1999, it was reorganized as Junggye Lifelong Learning Center, and in 2007, the institution changed its name to Nowon Lifelong Learning Center. By connecting and integrating the human and material resources of the local community, it is establishing itself as a lifelong learning center for the growth and development of individuals and communities, creating value beyond the collection, provision, and accumulation of information, and establishing itself as a vibrant hub for practical communities. Through open resource rooms and various lifelong learning classrooms, it serves as a community where knowledge and global information are connected, integrated, and useful information is shared among them, serving as a space where lifelong education begins. There is a publication room where you can borrow books, and as a lifelong learning center, there are spaces such as lecture rooms, seminar rooms, and reading discussion rooms where you can engage in various learning activities.
