Gwanaksan Natural Park is a park located on Gwanak Mountain in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. Designated as an urban natural park in 1968, it is a popular attraction in Seoul frequented by countless citizens. Gwanaksan Natural Park consists of a lake park with pavilions and fountains for relaxation, a forest library that offers not only children's books but also environmental books, a traditional outdoor small theater that recreates Korea's unique traditional culture, accessible forest trails, and an observatory. Major planted plants include the Cypress tree, mountain grass fern, forsythia, and palm wheat bread, while natural monuments include the oak tree and the old oak tree.
