Overview
Gugangsa Temple, located in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, serves as the cradle of Cheontae Beoeum in eastern Seoul and serves as a center for missionary work, and is a temple affiliated with the Cheontae Order of Korean Buddhism. It is a standalone building with five floors, housing the Dharma hall on the fifth floor and the educational facility Geumgang Kindergarten on the third floor. The regular Dharma assembly is held on the fourth Sunday of every month at 11 a.m., and a Buddhist university is also in operation.
