Overview
Geumcheon Cultural Center is directly operated by Geumcheon District Office and hosts a variety of cultural and artistic activities such as performances, educational programs, lectures, and cultural events, providing programs that local residents can participate in, thereby promoting the development of local culture and fostering communication among people. The Geumcheon Cultural Center (a resident organization) is located here, preserving and developing the region's unique culture and running various cultural programs. The first-floor lobby features the ginkgo tree, a symbol of Geumcheon-gu, and a senior café is operated to create jobs. Through ongoing cultural and artistic activity programs in underground performance halls and classrooms, along with improvements to the facility environment, the goal is to become a landmark in the Siheung area of Geumcheon-gu.
