Overview
Dojik Beach is a simple beach 500 meters long and 50,000㎡ located in Dojik-ri, Okgye-myeon, at the southernmost tip of Gangneung City. It was called Dojik because it was straight and straight. When the East Sea Expressway was opened, the village split into two groups and relocated collectively, and the original village disappeared. As the name suggests, it is a rare place where five lanes—national roads, railways, expressways, air routes, and sea routes—run parallel. Dojik Beach is a quiet beach popular with families, with clean sand and spacious parking, and guesthouses are the best accommodation. There is a simple parking lot of about 3,000㎡ and a campground on 1,000㎡ with around 66 tents to set up. Dojik Beach is a military area with barbed wire, creating a solemn atmosphere that sometimes evokes fear, and it is also a place that once again reminds you of the pain of division. While many people enjoy swimming at Dojik Beach, there are also many anglers who come to catch songmi.<출처 : 비짓강릉>
