Overview
Yongdure Village in Ganghwa is a rural experience and recreation village that preserves the beautiful tradition of releasing water to the melodies of grandfathers' dragon durejil songs that fill the fields. It's a place where you can learn about the value of our rural life, through experiences like dragon sulling making, natural dyeing, and making traditional foods. Since ancient times, there has been a legend that clear water flows and great figures are born. To the south and east of the village, Bonghwasan and Guksusan mountains for hiking come close like a mother's embrace, while to the west lie Seokmodo and the West Sea, offering beautiful views of the sunset. Additionally, at the tidal flats that appear at the edge of the wide farmland, you can enjoy clam digging and goby fishing, and in winter, migratory birds such as mallards and geese come in large numbers, offering another wonderful sight.
