Overview
Seoul Seongbuk Media Culture Maru is a complex cultural facility established by Seoul City and Seongbuk-gu to provide cultural complex facilities such as libraries, performance halls, and swimming pools for local residents in the northeastern region where basic convenience facilities are lacking, and to serve as a media hub space that supports media education and startups, in line with the growing importance of media. From basement level 2 to ground level 4, the total floor area is 9,484㎡. The basement level 1 houses a community sports facility (Mulbit Swimming Pool), the first to the third floor houses the public library (Geulbit Library) and the Seoul Viewer Media Center, and the fourth floor houses a performance hall with about 320 seats (Dreambit Theater). It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Gireum Station on Subway Line 4.
