Overview
S-Factory has become a new landmark in Seoul, where the industrial district that has continued since the 1980s and the unique spaces of young artists blend beautifully. Since being selected as an 'Urban Regeneration Pilot Zone' in 2014, young cultural artists have begun to gather as a handmade shoe street and factory district, and small cafes, restaurants, and workshops run by young artists have formed a new landscape in Seongsu-dong. Currently, studios, offices, restaurants, cafes, and pop-up stores are all gathered in one place, hosting various cultural events such as rentals, performances, and exhibitions.
