Overview
Nanji Hangang Park is located between Hongjecheon Bridge and Nanji Stream Bridge. The newly created Nanji Hangang Park, created through the Han River Renaissance project, has improved accessibility for citizens by completing a central connecting bridge connecting to Noeul Park and Sky Park, a bridge connecting to Peace Park, and a multi-purpose connecting passage. The Mirror Fountain installed in front of the Peace Park Connecting Bridge is a landmark of Nanji Hangang Park, creating a beautiful scene with every splash of water, offering a variety of sights and activities like a seven-colored rainbow. The riverside water playground, available in summer, has been created with a maximum depth of 80cm to evoke memories of playing by the riverside in the past, providing facilities for families with young children to enjoy. Additionally, a pedestrian bridge has been installed in the ecological wetland center, allowing visitors to observe animals living along the waterfront, such as grasslands and plant communities in their natural state. Nearby, there is a Nanji Campground where you can enjoy barbecues and camp. The bicycle path at Nanji Park connects to Ttukseom Park to the east and to the south end of Haengju Bridge in Goyang City, as well as Noeul Park and Sky Park to the west.
