Overview
Geek Live House is a live club in Hongdae that has embraced South Korea's indie culture and its legacy. As a performance-focused specialty club, it was established in February 2003 by professional musicians as a mecca for the indie scene. With professional musicians at the core, the stage, sound, and lighting facilities are all top-notch. It features a wide and diverse range of performances, from planned performances by indie bands to professional and amateur rental shows. It can accommodate about 150 people simultaneously, both seating and standing, and can enjoy performances by 3~4 indie bands per day. It has been newly renovated to allow streaming performances as a place where visitors can experience the current state of Korean indie music and Hongdae club culture. Equipped with experts and specialized equipment, it offers a new experience through stylish and sophisticated production. It can be used as a multipurpose space for music content production, online lectures, and live commerce broadcasts.
