Overview
Gallery SP opened as an affiliated gallery of the Seoul Printmaking Workshop, initially focusing on prints planned and produced in-house. Later, in 1998, it moved to Cheongdam-dong and established a full-fledged gallery system, exhibiting, planning, and selling contemporary artworks across various genres such as painting, sculpture, printmaking, and ceramics. In particular, the exhibition introduces works mainly by active domestic mid-career and young artists, and by participating in international art fairs, it continuously broadens the scope of activities by showcasing the capabilities of Korean artists to the world. Additionally, as part of expanding the art base, he planned prints and produced them through Seoul Print Workshops, widely distributing them through domestic and international galleries.
