Overview
It is a beach located about 10 minutes from downtown Gangneung, based on Gyeongpodae. The sand quality is good, the water is shallow, making it ideal for water play, and you can enjoy the pine forests lining the beach and the tranquil sea. There is no dedicated parking lot, but Sunpo Beach and Sungeut Beach are connected, so you can use the parking lot on the Sungeut Beach side. Nearby tourist attractions such as Sacheon Port, Sunpo Wetland, and Sungeut Beach are also easily accessible.
