Overview
Located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Booyoung Park was converted into a park in 2002 after being used as a U.S. military camp market for 28 years starting in 1945. It is also a modern historical site, once used as an anti-communist prisoner of war camp in 1953. Well-maintained walking paths run through the forest, and there is a family garden available for cultivation by the Bupyeong District Office. Sports facilities include a baseball field, grass soccer field, and badminton court, and it frequently hosts baseball games for working adults. As a cultural and arts space, it features an outdoor performance hall with about 3,000 seats and a historical experience area.
