Overview
This sunflower garden is located on about 33,000 m² of land around Nanjeong Reservoir in Gyodong-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon. The Nanjeong-ri Sunflower Village Garden was created by about 100 residents of Nanjeong-ri to form a village community and create a sunflower field of about 100,000 trees on public waters where farming is impossible. The sunflowers harmonizing with nearby Nanjeong Reservoir and Sujeongsan Mountain create a spectacular sight, attracting many tourists during the autumn sunflower season. On days when the sunflowers are in poor condition, the museum is open for free.
