If you drive a few minutes into the mountains from Okgye-myeon, Gangneung, with your back to the sea, you'll first greet tourists with a dignified presence. Jangseung, which promotes Hanultari village in Bukdong-ri, serves as a guide at the entrance to the village, using the thick mist and flowers in the surrounding area as a stepping stone. Bukdong Village is notable for its morning and evening mist and clouds covering the mountain summit or village. As an eco-friendly agricultural village where visitors can enjoy eco-friendly rural experiences, cultural arts, and leisure sports, it operates facilities such as the Hanultari Movie Village utilizing a closed school, Hanultari Workshop for pottery and various craft experiences, Hanultari Pension for rural experiences and rest/lodging, and an information center survival game room.
