Overview
The Buk-gu Library of the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education opened in 1991 and has been working together with village education communities to promote reading culture, such as 'Making Incheon a City of Books,' to realize education in Incheon united through books. Through special projects supporting school libraries, the school offers various activities that keep students close to books and support their learning and cultural development. Buk-gu Library is strengthening its knowledge and information services to help all residents communicate with local residents so that the library can become not just a place to read but a joyful and comfortable living room in the city. The new and main buildings are equipped with facilities such as a comprehensive resource room, digital resource room, children's resource room, lecture room, reading room, and lounge. It operates lifelong education in villages, programs for infants and children, youth, and schools.
