Overview
A migratory-bird observatory on Eulsukdo in Saha-gu, named for watching birds without disturbing them; its two-storey structure has a top-floor observatory with telescopes, a sloped elevator for the elderly, and an adjacent fishway viewing room with transparent windows two floors below.
