Seoul's Royal Palaces

No trip to Seoul is complete without visiting its magnificent royal palaces. Built during the Joseon Dynasty (1392โ€“1897), these palaces offer a breathtaking window into Korea's royal history.

Gyeongbokgung Palace (๊ฒฝ๋ณต๊ถ)

The grandest of Seoul's five palaces, built in 1395. Home to Geunjeongjeon (the throne hall) and Gyeonghoeru Pavilion.
