A Special Coffee Experience at Mail Room, Sindang Seoul

It has been a while since we had a weekday outing in Seoul, and honestly, going out on a weekday is the best feeling. We found a restaurant through Instagram, and afterward, my friend suggested a coffee shop she had been eyeing nearby - Mail Room in Sindang.

Mail Room Sindang is at 10-7 Toegye-ro 83-gil, Jung-gu, floors 1 through rooftop. It is right next to Sindang Jungang Market. Hours are Monday to Friday 12:00 PM to midnight, weekends 11:00 AM to midnight. No dedicated parking, but there are several public lots within a 3-5 minute walk.

The first thing you see when entering is their signature dessert - egg tarts. They have a special salt egg tart that caught my eye, and it is about 1.5 times the size of a standard egg tart. I had to try one at 6,000 won.

The entrance is an experience itself. You have to push a wall to get in - there is no obvious door. We wandered around looking for the entrance before figuring that out. Once inside, you find the order counter and access to the cafe floors.
